  • Eligibility: Products must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.

  2. Shipping: Package the item securely and include the RMA number. Ship the package using a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a Westeserve error or a defective product.

  • Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days to the original method of payment.
  • Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 15% may apply to non-defective items. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
